Shareholders will have the ability to attend and participate in this meeting in person or via an online platform. Further information, including details relating to accessing the meeting, will be included in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in early August.

Nomination of Directors

Director’s nominations are open and will close at 5.00pm on Thursday 24 July 2025. Nominations must be made in writing and may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. Nominations should be directed to the Chief Financial Officer.

Nominations must be accompanied by the written consent of the person being nominated as well as their brief biographical details (for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting).

Accordant Group wishes to update the market on its trading results for the March 2025 financial year, in which an increase in business and consumer confidence aligned to easing inflationary pressures did not arrive in time to noticeably stimulate the labour market, reduce record high unemployment at 5.1% (as of the December 24 quarter) or consequently improve the group’s second half performance of FY25.
